(or The Turbulent Times Survival Guide)

This is an edited compilation of highlighted excerpts from a book I wrote exclusively for my clients, knowing that 2020 was going to be turbulent. They received it as the 2019 holiday gift. Based on their feedback I intend to self-publish it by the end of 2020, as it can be applied to any turbulent time.
Breathe & Repeat after me (affirmation alert): I AM A KNOWLEDGEABLE SOUL.
These three words are the answer to ANY turbulent time:
PEACE + WISDOM + LOVE = A KNOWLEDGEABLE SOUL
Staying at peace allows you to stay healthy. Staying at peace allows you to choose vs react. When you are under stress part of what happens is your fight or flight mechanism takes over and your prefrontal cortex (the logical thinking part of the brain) turns off and the lower functioning of your brain (the limbic system) takes over. So, staying at peace is not only important for your peace of mind, but also for your decision making.
There are many different ways to create peace:
Remember EVERYTHING is in Divine and perfect order.
This Earth in all its 4.543 billion years and counting has gone through many changes. We have only been here 100,000 years and counting, so all of this is a little newer to us. Just because we don’t like something, does not me it is not (in the bigger picture) for the highest and best.
Tap into your FAITH, the God of your understanding, the belief in an Organizing Energy, Yourself.
Reminding yourself you can only control your behavior and how you choose to respond to the outer stimulus. We can NEVER control any stimulus, even if we are under the illusion we can.
Diet is a way to create peace. Eating clean, and staying away from things like sugar and coffee can help.
Meditation can be done in numerous ways. From sitting quietly to walking with mindfulness. Find the technique that works for you and do it every day.
Journal your thoughts, feelings, fears often releases what is inside you, granting you the clarity to see what may support you. Your higher self knows the answer.
Exercise is another great way to relieve stress.
Emotional freedom technique (more popularly known as tapping) is the process of tapping on acupressure meridian points to stimulate change in your physiology and brain function. I would recommend looking up the videos of Brad Yates.
Nature and earthing are two other ways
Staying at peace allows you to create the stillness and quiet that gives you the headspace and brainpower to make WISE choices.
Utilize your Wisdom and intuition to determine the best course of action for yourself.
Know what you believe.
Trust yourself. Trust that you will ALWAYS be ok no matter what happens.
Find out the information you need.
Determine how you feel about it, what your understanding is based on your knowledge and intuition.
Make a decision about what you want to do.
Create an inspired action plan for you and your family (however that is defined for you).
The energy of Love is said to be the most powerful energy in existence. It is the highest frequency. It is connected to Source Energy. It is the energy of creation. Love has the power to change ANY situation and influences ALL situations that it is applied to. All energy impacts all other energy, it is an impossibility for that NOT to happen. If I were teaching a course or writing an article, I could tell you numerous fabulous stories and talk about exciting studies. When you apply the energy of Love to this situation in whatever way you choose (a positive thought, word, deed, an official prayer or request to the Universe) you flood that situation with the healing, empowering, inspiring, correcting, uplifting, evolving energy of LOVE.
You are NOW a Knowledgeable Soul. Impacting your life and the world in positive ways!
So, I will ask you; Is the world a friendly place?
I for one can honestly say YES!
